Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at NALLARA. We take pride in the quality and hygiene standards of our compression socks. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help—within the limits outlined below.
1. Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of compression socks, we do not accept returns for any items that have been opened, tried on, or removed from their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in the original, sealed packaging
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny the return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@nallara.com with photos and a description of the issue.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used compression socks
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards
5. Return Process
To start a return, contact us at info@nallara.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
- Then contact your bank
